My earliest memory of voting was with my mother. I distinctly remember standing in line (which was no small feat for my child-like demeanor) and waiting for our turn to squeeze into our partition. Standing on my tippy toes while gripping the edge of the elevated table, I tried so hard to get a glimpse of the ballot and to understand why voting was so important.

The time is now! Voting is one of the most important steps we can take and teach others about lending their voices to the democracy. Being apart of change is not about grand gestures or big platforms. Change happens in tiny consistent increments that later reveals itself by impacting you and others around you. Let’s create change and enrich our history with positive outcomes from this current 2020 situation!
