Meditation

BE STILL AND GAIN MOMENTUM
For me, self discovery was frustrating. I was (and still am) trying new things, failing at some, succeeding at others but always feeling unclear about the next step. Once I set my intention, all began to fall into place. I still get in the way and cause things to slow down or come to a complete stop but it is a process. A process that I'm practicing and getting better at everyday.
I use to began every morning with a 15 minute meditation. Sometimes it happened and other times I would fall asleep but that's the beauty of self love - forgiveness. Through meditation, I have learned to go easy on myself and just try again the next day. I have also learned that meditating in the morning isn't the best time for me and now I meditate in the evenings. Letting go of the day and regrouping when I come home allows me to extend my creative process and get back into my zone. My space has become a place of truth and happiness, a combination that is vital to my well being. Where is your place of truth? Not sure, take some time, be still and enjoy the journey in finding out.
