NAMASTE IT WITH YOUR HEART
Life happens and we all get overwhelmed, stressed out and exhausted. Do yourself a favor and take some time to practice this heart-opening sequence here to release any unwanted emotions and useless stuff. This yoga sequence is good for beginner to intermediate students.
I always began my practice with an affirmation and a cleared mind. If it's first thing in the morning, I will go into meditation after savasana here for an added boost to my intention for the day. Even though I've been practicing yoga (off and on) for the past 15 years, I still find it challenging. I would like to began a more consistent practice and really take advantage of all the benefits that yoga has to offer. I'm currently doing a 30-day yoga challenge with Lesley Fightmaster and I'm already beginning to feel amazing!
